As an Account Manager BeNeLux, you are the main contact for our customers and partners across the region. You maintain strong relationships, identify new opportunities and proudly represent Valcke Bowling.
Your Responsibilities:
• Maintain and grow existing customer relationships
• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Advise customers on products, solutions and projects
• Prepare quotations and follow up on ongoing cases
• Represent Valcke Bowling at trade shows and events
Your Profile:
• Experience in B2B sales or account management
• Excellent communication and commercial skills
• Independent, organized and customer-oriented
• Willingness to travel frequently within the BeNeLux
• Affinity with the leisure or entertainment industry

Purchasing Officer (Buyer)
Life Fitness / Hammer Strength – Valcke Group is hiring: Purchasing Officer (Buyer)
As a Purchaser Officer, you will play a key role in managing supplier relations, stock control, and inbound logistics for our premium fitness equipment.
Your responsibilities:
• Placing orders with suppliers.
• Managing stock (safety stock, turnover stock, adjustments, data updates).
• Organizing transport for machine arrivals (inbound).
• Optimizing container and truck loading.
• Monitoring inbound shipments (delivery deadlines, supplier communication to align with installation schedules).
• Ensuring correct goods reception and stock placement.
• Checking supplier and transport invoices.
Your profile:
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset.
• Eager to learn and grow in purchasing and logistics.
• Fluency in French & English is required; Dutch knowledge is a strong asset.

Bowling Technician (French and/or Dutch speaking)
Valcke Bowling, part of the Valcke Group, is the largest exclusive distributor of Brunswick Bowling in Europe. From our headquarters in Wevelgem, we supply the Benelux region, Germany, France, Italy, Croatia, Austria, Poland, Slovenia, Switzerland, and French-speaking Africa.
Your responsibilities:

Preventive and corrective maintenance: You’ll perform maintenance on bowling equipment and troubleshoot issues related to mechanics and electronics.

Installation and commissioning: You’ll assist with installing equipment and ensure everything meets technical specifications and works properly.

Customer training: You’ll train operators and staff on the correct use and maintenance of the equipment.

Remote technical support: You’ll provide remote technical assistance (by phone or online) to answer questions and resolve issues.

Reporting: You’ll meticulously document the interventions, repairs, and improvements you’ve made and prepare detailed reports.
Who you are:

You have a diploma in mechanics, electronics, IT, or a similar field.

You have hands-on experience in maintaining mechanical and electronic equipment.

You have basic skills in IT.

You have good communication skills and are customer-oriented.

You can work independently and solve problems proactively.
