Warehouse worker

Warehouse Worker (M/F). As a Warehouse Worker, you are responsible for supporting the flow of products and inventory. You ensure that incoming orders are correctly prepared and packaged, and that customers receive their orders on time. Having a forklift license is a plus.

 

Your responsibilities:

  • Stocking incoming materials.
  • Properly preparing and packaging incoming orders.
  • Preparing orders and ensuring that customers receive their orders on time.
  • Support in organizing a warehouse of 5000m².

Internal Sales Officer

Valcke Group from Wevelgem has a strong name in the sports and leisure world. In view of our growth and to expand our team, we are currently looking for a driven INTERNAL SALES OFFICER for our Bowling division.

What to expect?

As internal sales officer, you will help fuel the engine of our company. On your to-do list:

  • A good start is half the battle! That is why you are responsible for both contract preparation and accounts receivable management.
  • You place orders with our suppliers, follow up their administration and register them in our Navision software.
  • You inform our customers and answer their questions - quickly and politely - by e-mail or telephone.
  • To do this, you ensure smooth cooperation with customers. You are in close contact with them: you answer their questions about deliveries and solve any problems.
  • You contact the customer to prepare a smooth installation.
  • You do not put off administrative tasks, but ensure that they are dealt with correctly and quickly.

Who are you?

  • You have a Bachelor's degree or know how to convince us of your abilities.
  • You are easy to get on with and can communicate well with our customers and partners by telephone and e-mail.
  • You have a real gift for languages and speak fluent Dutch, English and French. Other languages are a bonus!
  • You are flexible and proactive in finding solutions.
  • You are administratively strong and can keep a good overview.
  • You can work independently and in an organized way, but are also a real team player.
  • You are comfortable with an ERP system & MS Office.

Bowling Technician (French and/or Dutch speaking)

Valcke Bowling, part of the Valcke Group, is the largest exclusive distributor of Brunswick Bowling in Europe. From our headquarters in Wevelgem, we supply the Benelux region, Germany, France, Italy, Croatia, Austria, Poland, Slovenia, Switzerland, and French-speaking Africa.

Your responsibilities:

  • Preventive and corrective maintenance: You’ll perform maintenance on bowling equipment and troubleshoot issues related to mechanics and electronics.

  • Installation and commissioning: You’ll assist with installing equipment and ensure everything meets technical specifications and works properly.

  • Customer training: You’ll train operators and staff on the correct use and maintenance of the equipment.

  • Remote technical support: You’ll provide remote technical assistance (by phone or online) to answer questions and resolve issues.

  • Reporting: You’ll meticulously document the interventions, repairs, and improvements you’ve made and prepare detailed reports.

Who you are:

  • You have a diploma in mechanics, electronics, IT, or a similar field.

  • You have hands-on experience in maintaining mechanical and electronic equipment.

  • You have basic skills in IT.

  • You have good communication skills and are customer-oriented.

  • You can work independently and solve problems proactively.

Sales Manager Fitness - Rhône-Alpes (FR)

LIFE FITNESS France is the official distributor of LIFE FITNESS / HAMMER STRENGTH Group products, the global leader in fitness equipment (cardio and strength training machines).

 

Position

To continue our growth in the French market, we are looking for a Sales Manager - Rhône-Alpes.
Reporting to General Management, you will be responsible for prospecting, selling equipment, and managing a diverse clientele, including gyms, rehabilitation centers, companies, as well as high schools and universities.

We offer a generous fixed salary and an attractive performance-based variable component. A company car, fuel card, laptop, and mobile phone will be provided. Your travel expenses will be reimbursed according to a generous scale.

 

Profile

  • Passionate about sports, you are persistent, self-reliant, and have a natural talent for building relationships.
  • With a Bachelor’s degree (Bac +3) or equivalent, you have at least 3 years of experience in direct sales and a solution-oriented approach.
  • Motivated to expand your skills and take on responsibilities.
  • Fully aware of the role and highly mobile.
  • French speaking and proficient in English and knowledgeable in IT tools (MS Office, CRM – Salesforce, etc.).
