Commercial administrative assistant
What to expect:
As a commercial administrative assistant, you will help fuel the engine of our company. On your to-do list:
- A good start is half the battle! therefore you are responsible for the preparation of contracts and debtor management.
- You place orders with our suppliers, follow up on their administration and register them in our Navision software.
- You inform our customers and answer their questions - quickly and politely - by e-mail or telephone.
- To achieve this, you ensure smooth cooperation with customers. You are in close contact with them: you answer their questions about deliveries and solve any problems.
- You do not put off administrative tasks but ensure they are dealt with correctly and quickly.
Who are you:
- You have a bachelor's degree or can convince us of your abilities.
- You are easy to get on with and can communicate well with our customers and partners by telephone and e-mail.
- You have a real gift for languages and speak fluent Dutch, English, and French. Other languages are a bonus!
- You are flexible and proactive in finding solutions.
- You are administratively strong and can keep a good overview
- You can work independently and in an organized way but are also a team player.
- You are comfortable with an ERP system & MS Office.

Digital Marketeer
What to expect:
You are a digital know-it-all!
- Setting up digital campaigns is your thing! You manage the website and are responsible for the launch of our new webshop;
- You give your creative brain free rein. You create marketing content and build online campaigns;
- You have a fluent pen, creating content for our website, social media and mailing campaigns;
- Social Network Management such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn holds no secrets for you;
- You may participate in our international B2B events for wich you stay at a hotel several nights a year;
- You offer all around support to the marketing manager.
Who are you:
- You speak perfect Dutch and can express yourself fluently in English and French;
- A bachelor's or master's degree in marketing is important - unless you have really strong experience under your belt;
- A good knowledge of Adobe Suite, Google Analytics and the various marketing platforms;
- A strong affinity with social media;
- Creative out-of-the-box thinking is your second nature;
- Driven? Check! Dynamic? Off course! Organisational talent? Yes!
